Where We Ship LunarGem ships worldwide. We do not restrict international shipping on any of our products.

Where Your Order Ships From Our products ship from two locations - the United Kingdom and Cyprus - depending on the item ordered. Your order confirmation will reflect the relevant dispatch location.

Estimated Delivery Times

Items shipped from the UK (via Royal Mail):

• UK domestic: 1–3 business days (First Class) / 2–5 business days (Second Class)
• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Rest of World: 6–10 business days

Items shipped from Cyprus:

• Cyprus domestic: 3–4 business days
• International: 7-15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
